Maintaining wheight while gaining strength

Hello,
I am 160lbs on the dot and I want to stay within the 74kg wheight class for wrestling. At the same time though I want to pack strength onto my three main lifts: Bench, Squat, Deadlift.
Just recovering from an acute elbow injury, any tips?
