Hi, I hope you're all doing great. I'm just wondering how accurate moron is to measure body fat, visceral fat and RMR? Can I rely on it to track my progress?

Thanks

It's not very accurate at all. If you could somehow exactly replicate conditions before every use, it would probably be good for tracking a trend, but that's not really feasible.

I use an Omron scale that does those things with 4 contact points for the bio-electrical impedance.

It is generally not considered to be very accurate. But for the cost and ability to use it at home repeatedly, you will probably not find anything better.

As mentioned, try to measure under the same conditions to establish a trend. Also, be sure you are reasonably hydrated in order to get the most accurate measurement.

Thank you for responding. I do find the results are off sometimes.
