Hi! I rejoined last night and am looking forward to hitting fitness HARD with the rest of 2015 and all of 2016. I'm a classic couch potato and I'm ready to make some changes. I'm hoping to lose about a pound a week. I've got 50+ to lose. My first goal is to get under 200 pounds, which I think will be rough since it's coming up on the holidays. It's really tough to say no to pumpkin pie... like... incredibly tough. God I love pie.

Anyway, looking forward to sharing my progress and getting the ball rolling here. Let's do it!

    I am the same but you can do it. I just got under 300 a 44 pound loss. We guys shed weight fast when we put our minds and bodies to work! Sorry ladies.

    I think this should be my Motto:
    This is the right place.
    Add friends.
    Diery your meals.
    Drink lots of water.
    Cut sugary drinks even the fake ones.
    It's the simplest way to kick start your weight-loss journey.
    Just my two cents.
