Hi everyone. I'm a newbie on here. Really need to lose around three stones. Heard lots about MFP. The confusion around all the diets etc was really getting to me. Have tried them all. Just going to try jotting down my food intake and moving my butt a bit more in the exercise department. Confusion as to what to set my calories at though?? Different sites say different things. More confusion
