Eating on Thanksgiving

    That's going over the top with the food scales for one day. How much to you plan on overeating so.

    My calorie total for the week is 11555, out of that I plan on eating 1200 calories from Sunday thru Wednesday = 4800 for 4 days , for the remainder three I will probably break it down like: 2800 for Thursday, 1977 for Friday and 1978 for Saturday = 11,555. I might even end up eating less on the Friday and a bit more than 2800 on Thursday. This is just a rough guide.

    Small breakfast and lunch, try to get a workout in, then just eat small portions. Save calories for what you REALLY want. Then enjoy yourself, log it, and move on.

    Even if you end up gaining 2 pounds, as long as you get back on track after (and between events), it will be gone in 2 weeks.
