Hi, my name is Kimber and I keep coming and going with this app. People say food is an addiction and I know it's a necessity but sometimes I eat just because it's there.

Diabetes and heart problems are two issues I face as I get older (runs in the family on each side) with the poor eating decisions I am making now, and I know they aren't going to happen right now, but it's coming I'm sure. I'm also getting married next October and I don't want to be a large, unhealthy bride, so what better time to start and stick with it! My fiancé is in great shape and God love him that he's being patient with me while I work on my health and fitness. Thanks to Map My Ride and Map My Walk, along with My Fitness Pal, it's going to make it easy for me to stay on better track. And I need to, since I ordered my wedding gown 4 sizes smaller than I fit for. I wasn't about to pay an extra $100 for a bigger dress.

Some activities I enjoy are playing softball (slow pitch, I played fast pitch in high school and college), going hiking, playing basketball and volleyball (which I play less of now but also played in high school and college), walking, playing with my dogs, riding bikes (just bought my first bike in probably 15 years lol), going swimming, reading, watching TV/movies, sleeping and eating. I don't go out to bars much because it's too expensive, and I don't like being around people who can't handle their liquor.

I'm a very fun person and I believe in the Golden Rule, and I wish every one did. I'm excited for my journey to better health and I appreciate you took the time to get to know me a little.
