Pregnant and PT

As I'm getting closer and closer to my third trimester I find it difficult to find workouts that are safe. Suggestions?

    Prenatal yoga. Swimming. Aqua aerobics. Walking.

    I stopped strength training by my third. My center of gravity was off and could not even do a lunge at that point. I ran through my entire pregnancy. I was only doing 3 miles at a time at the end. I ran the morning of my CS and its one of the things I am most proud of.

    You have to do what you feel comfortable with. I am in my third tri, still doing a bit of lifting/resistance work but it is mostly bodyweight, bands, cables and dumbbells. I've also started prenatal yoga and I really like it.
