coming off paleo

So I'm trying to introduce carbs and dairy back into my eating habits. I've heard how your body "stores" carbs but even with what I'm adding I'm under my recommended carbs and calories on the app. Should I incorporate a serving at a time to let my body adjust? Also once a week I've been eating carbs to "cheat" . I don't want my progress lost so any input would be highly appreciated!!

    You're a 24 year old guy. Just eat to your calorie goal -- you'll be fine.

    I'd just add them all back in at the same time, you will bloat because of the increase in carbohydrates and the additional water that your body will retain. But after a few days to a week the feeling should dissipate as its inevitable on a higher increase of carbohydrates.
