I am normal teenager but for at least 3 years, I have not been able to run, jump, and it was painful to walk. I limped all the time. After many tests, doctors, appointments, and hospital trips, I had surgery on my leg in March. Well, more my hip. I had an inch tear in my labrum. The tendon had separated from the bone and caused much pain. I was on crutches for 8 weeks and gradually increased my activities. I was doing lots of arm workouts while I was on crutches and i am very proud of my arms. Soon, I started running. i do an arm workout almost every day. I walk/run 1-4 times a week.
I am on Pinterest and have pinned lots of fitness/dieting/workouts and now am quite motivated to start really getting in shape. A friend of mine is going to do it with me so that we both stay on track. Anyone wanna do it with me??
