How much exercise is necessary to maintain muscle mass?

Hey guys,

After 3 years my weight loss journey is coming to an end because I'm close to my goal weight & appearance.
I've lost more than ~ 70kg / 150 lbs and built some muscle, not too much, but I'm happy with it.
My question is: How often do you recommend to exercise in order to maintain the muscle mass?
I know there's probably no general number of workouts, but I would like to hear some advice from people with experience! :)

Some stats:

Weight: ~ 88 kg / 195 lbs
Height: ~ 185 cm / 6.2
Age: 19
Gender: male

I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for approx. 75 minutes on average, but I spend let's say 45 minutes of that doing cardio.
I don't lift too heavy cause my joints are ****ed up, but I'm doing ok.

Latest BF%: 13-15%
Latest Muscle Mass%: 40-45%
