    Hi I am thinking of giving up dieting for the next 2 years and change my focus onto something else ( more on my art)? I am so tired of dieting. I am going to go eat a chocolate. I am the opposite of you I don't like exercise much, just bored with the repetition. I love hiking, adventures, like sky diving, river rafting, micro-lighting, zip-linning, those moments best done with friends, friends to do those things ... not often available. I am in my overweight zone now, past my obese zone. I want to get to my healthy zone weight, that would mean getting rid of 11 to 13kg. more if I want to be in the middle of the safe zone.
