I'm 19 years old. I'm a full time college student and work part time at a nursing home. I tried losing weight before, but I really never understood it. I really became committed when two things happened really changing my thought about it. My doctor said that in order to stay healthy I should work out three days a week and watch what I eat. Also, a old man at the nursing home said he didn't want dessert because he didn't want to look like me. I was weighing about 200 pounds and I'm only about 5'5. I decided some changes really needed to be made. I started by going to the gym, then slowly added the calorie counting app in. Somehow, it seems like a blink of an eye, I lost all of this weight. I'm looking to lose some more but I finally became so happy with my body. Clothes started to look better and people are always noticing.
