Low sodium options?

So I'm really bad at eating things with not a lot of sodium in them - mostly because I just throw my lunch together for work and don't think about it (I have to get up really early most days). Anyway, I'm taking time to get to the grocery store this weekend and I want everyone's opinion - what are some tasty low sodium options? I'm mostly concerned about lunch time options because dinner I have more time to cook and measure and such. So anyway, what do you all like?
