We are having extensive work done on our house and are going to be living in a hotel for a month.
The hotel is gorgeous, but no kitchenette, only a mini fridge and a microwave.
Breakfast is served daily and has several healthy options. We also have access to a grill.
Space in the room for preparation is very limited.
Any tips? The super part is that the hotel has a gym and an indoor pool! So workouts will double!

sounds like a terrific time for lots of salads, tuna, fruit, nuts, and whole grain breads with natural peanut butter0 -
Might be a little time consuming - but it's only for 4weeks give or take - but it's kind of an opportunity to buy fresh food everyday. I know that sounds crazy and may not be completely attainable but you may have to hit up your local grocery story every day for your perishables for your meals that day. I would buy a few pieces of fruit and some nuts for snacks that can sit outside of the mini-fridge as well. And on nights you just don't feel like cooking in the space, I'd opt for a Subway or something of that nature.
Good luck!0 -
Hi,
salads and sandwiches0 -
Feel free to ask the hotel to set you up with a 2nd fridge. Most should have no problem fulfilling the request (you may have to pay some sort of fee, but it would be worth it for extra frigde space!). :flowerforyou:0

Crock pots!
That way you can just plug it in!
