I am excited because today I had to get my glasses adjusted as they were falling off me..sometimes it's the little things. also this morning I had to tighten my straps to the smallest they could go. Losing weight sure is a journey, and I have a while to go...but I feel better than when I was 16 and I'm only 65 days in. I am excited to keep moving foward!

This picture isn't the greatest..but I started the 30 day shred in the top photo and while it's been 30 days, I am 1/2 way done and in level 2. I have been alternating with no more touble zones.
