Hello, i'm new and i've started the keto diet.

Hey everyone, I downloaded the MFP app months and months ago, and used it from time to time to track my calories, but never really stayed committed for a long period of time. (I only used the app, and just recently discovered this entire community!) I'm beginning the keto diet, this is day 2, and i've never felt more determined and ready to make changes. I have a household keto buddy as well!
I'd love to hear from other people on low-carb diets! And everyone else because i'm new to the community and need friends to keep me motivated!
Ps- If anyone has keto experience, my insides are KILLING ME, tips would be appreciated! I'm drinking water nonstop!
(As soon as my insides stop churning i'd like to also start the Couch to 5k! Has anyone tried it?)
