PCOS Friends

Hi,

I have been struggling with PCOS for about 15 years now and I have been able to lose weight in times past, but never did well maintaining the weight. The biggest I've been is 237 and I'm currently down to 210.5 give or take. My first goal weight is 199 and ultimately would like to get down to 170. The reason I'm posting this, is because I would like to add friends on here who deal with PCOS and have found a way to master it in terms for controlling appetite/cravings and losing weight. I would love to gain some insight on how to conquer this beast once and for all.
