hello all

So I've struggled with my weight for yrs. So about a week ago I changed my eating habbits, threw out starches, bad carbs and bad sugars. For me even fruit is bad. Everything made me bloated and gassy. So I started eating a lot of veggies and protein. After about a week I've lost 5 pounds. Now I must add more exercise. Plz add me so we can help each other in this journey.
