If I don't work out I don't have enough calories for chocolate, so that motivates me0

I get up in the morning and take 3 Advil and hit the gym. Sometimes it is mind over body to get started but I can honestly say I cannot recall really ever having any real cramps while working out. If you really can't do it maybe just try some stretching. I use an app called Sworkit and will do some of the stretching workouts, at least you know you did something.
Plus, I think laying down makes my cramps worse.

If I'm in major pain, I just don't do it... My body definitely knows when it needs a break, and TOM is that time for me. I plan to be around for a long time, lots of workouts between now and when I'm done...one or two days a month isn't going to hinder my progress overall xo0

Ibuprofen- get ahead of the cramps by taking it before they hit. And exercise can help relieve them too.0
