July 1 I decided I needed to change. I started walking every day and was so proud of my streak that was building up on my Fitbit! But one day I blew my streak. After that it has been hard for me to get another one going. I make excuses to myself about why I don't reach my step goal, why I eat more, etc. I've lost 40 pounds and need to lose about 60 more and I feel like I've lost my will. What's worse is as I have lost weight I have realized how overweight my son is but my loss of will has made me depressed and I haven't been able to start helping him. What did you all do to get back on the horse, so to speak?
