Hi all. I've been using Myfitnesspal off and on for a few years (only once with results I was happy with) but now I am back on it and trying to get fit and healthy and be excited about lifestyle where broccoli is greater than pizza! So if anyone knows the secret to that drop me a line, let's do this together!

    it's a slow road to brocolli being greater than pizza - I don't think it will EVER be in terms of taste! HOWEVER - you eat all them broccolis so that you can eat the pizza in moderation :) Slowly it becomes not less appealing, but you are able to consume less. I used to be able to easily put away a whole pizza. Now I am happy with 3 slices. It took me a year to get to this point though!

    Thanks Camilacreme! I want to eat healthier to obviously loose weight but I really want to find the motivation to eat healthy becuause it is good for you(more than obtaining a certain figure). My "wish" is that I wouldn't crave unhealthy food because eating it doesn't make me feel good. Day by day. Step by step.
