hi just venting here new to mfp lost weight on ww but it found me again with a vengeance .l am trying to do it on my own this time but too many challenges will do baby steps ,they are easier to do than comitting to ww again big problem for me is time management and getting daily scheduled chunks of time ,for me its always a struggle to get time to work out go to meetings shop and prepare healthy foods etc please do not respond to this post with pithy remarks about how you can always make time ,figuring out a perfect schedule for your bleeding life does not mean i want to do as you do so .......if you are going to troll me about your time management and how you can do it all and still lose weight please dont
just putting out my baby steps in a public forum so i will have an incentive to commit and this is quite personal to me i dont post online and as you can see i am quite defensive about putting my personal commitments out there in the interwebs its quite scary ...ok , did not mean to ramble
anyway my baby steps this week log my food , cut my bought meals in half with tupperware, save the rest for later , do five min exercise block at least every day and most importantly reminder that even a crap attempt is better than none if i can stick to these for at least three weeks i will add more

day 4 already so far not sucking too much i find the food diary app is a bit confusing w weights and measure like who the hell measures out x amount of ounces or ml of food so i am estimating the food amounts still think its a bit ocd to do it but it keeps me from binging and mindless eating nice to look at community boards but not really participating
tempting to write snark on some peoples posts but do not want to be resident troll and really idgaf find it too much time wasting as it is
it saturday i feel strangely fulfilled ,clean house laundry took enormous dump now going gym0 -
Lost a little wt clothes feel less snug and less bloating after meals smug but so far so good celebrated by buying some belts and clothes from wm not really exercising regularly but feel stuffed under calorie although might be due to undercounting eating more fnv and drinking about same h2o felt slightly lightheaded and weak after skipping lunch today so will not be doing that again reminder less calories means less energy0

Aargh tired stresses at work woke up at night couldnt sleep hungry at 4 am ate large breakfast sauntered thru cafetrria for coffee at 12 but wasnt hungry saw fried chicken and had itw mashed potato now feeling that i should feel guilty and gluttonous but actuall feeling fine with eating that much food am i binging or is it really just normal eating pattern for me0

Gained one lb went kb yesterday now sore and achy i shouldnt weigh myself after exercise always retain water have to eat salt and protein was pretty hungry after kb session0

Aargh holiday party didnt know one of those lindt choc truffles was100 cal anyway told myself there are no bad foods but that is one seriously misbehaving food item0
