Minor Setback

I had a major work week this week with my 2 jobs and gained since last weigh-in :| . It's so hard to eat right when you're working 18 - 20 hours/day. All the more incentive to lose the rest of this week!!

    Do you plan ahead and bring food with you? Thats a key to dealing with long days. For example Im working two jobss today and have been out of the house since 6 and wont be back until 11 or so. Its a doozy. But I packed everything with me, salad and a sandwhich and lots of fruit for snacks.

    Prepping and planning ahead could really help you I think!

    This! I've even been known to bring my Foreman grill to work to cook chicken breasts.
