Cereals / Porridge

Hi, Apologies as I bet lots of people have asked this before but I can't seem to find an answer. :)
Do cereals and porridges calories include a serving of milk or do you log that separately? eg http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/kelloggs-coco-pops-porridge-cremoso-247344819

Also does this sort of thing taste any good with water instead?

I usually mix 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup almond milk for my porridge, and you have to calculate the milk separately. For cold cereals there is usually a calorie listing for added milk, but it is usually 2% (not sure what you use). Also, I think water and cold cereal wouldn't taste too great.

I believe this is the nutritional value without milk.

In regards to tasting good with water. I don't know about this particular product but I like my regular oatmeal made with water just fine.

I cook my porridge with water as well, to me it tastes absolutely fine that way (and means I can have a bit more porridge as well, for the same amount of calories). A tiny pinch of salt makes it tastier as well.

Water makes it thinner, but it's still fairly tasty.

As for if the entries contain milk, it will depend on the brand. The Oats I use have the milk included in the information, the previous brand I used didn't. Usually comparing the numbers to the back of the pack solves the problem, but sometimes even the packs are a little vague. I just watch the fat column and see, no chance there's that much fat in dry oats!
