hi Im not knew to fitness just been out of the game for a while and ready to get myself back. :-)
Ive had two children and been married for 11 years. very happy with life just not my self. I use to be a roofer and a carpenter, now I work for the country Assessor and havent been as active. Ready to get things going again. and get back my health and body.
