Waist size for height and weight

Hi

I am working towards getting a 28 inch waist, not sure at what weight this is possible? I am 5 feet 3 inches and the the last time my waist was 27 inches, I weighed 120 lbs.

I think the waistline will vary on your body type! I'm very short right under 5' and at my heaviest weight never had a waist larger than 31 and now at 142lbs is down to 27" My smallest waist as an adult was 22".
