Weighing chicken

In an effort to measure calorie intake correctly I have a question. On my frozen bag of chicken it says 120 cal per 4oz. Does that mean 4oz weighed raw or 4oz weighed cooked? Thanks.

Unless otherwise noted, the weight on the bag will be raw.
