Hello my name is James. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks I have been actually getting into it and enjoying it. At the moment I am just focusing on cardio till I cut down on weight then will start with resistance. The thing I enjoy the most is the way that this app holds u accountable for what u eat. I also like how the longer I do this the more I look foward to my workout time.
