Do you enjoy exercising that much? If you love it, then keep doing it. Maybe the best thing to do is to go to this website
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and figure out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). If you love exercising this much, put your actity level as moderately active and subtract 15%-20% from that to get your calorie goal. This would be your goal every day.
I'm a nurse and busy single mom. I set my TDEE to lightly active and subtract 20%. I eat that daily, then add my exercise calories in and eat about 75% of them back. I only put exercises in when I wear my heart rate monitor and know how much I've burned.0
