Protein Powder

Anyone else on here have an allergy to it and do you know if this is common? I have never had an allergy to soy or milk but I have tried 3 protein powders and slim fast liquid and I have a reaction to it. So strange.

    Amazon has hemp protein powder which I think is pure hemp. I tend to get a kind with a lot of added vitamins and stuff but I think simpler is better for you.

    A good whey isolate probably best. Try the NOW brand natural unflavored and add small amount of Stevia to sweeten.
