Is it possible to put too much into a tablespoon?

Whenever I get an even tablespoon of jelly or peanut butter it looks like alot. I'm afraid of mismeasuring.

that's why it would be more accurate to weigh it.

It's why weighing is more accurate.
The correct way to measure a tablespoon (or cup or whatever) of a solid or semi-solid is to heap up the measuring spoon and then take a knife or other straight edge and scrape off everything so that the contents are level with the top of the spoon. Many people don't do that -- they heap the spoon as full as possible. All in all it's much better to weigh than to measure.0 -

So if I go by the usage of measuring cups and spoons for serving sizes, I'm going 328 over my daily budget?

Did you watch the video? I know sometimes it looks like an image if you're on the mobile/app, but that's not the conclusion the video is coming to. It's 328 calories over for two items.0 -
Oh sorry I just saw a pic. I'll watch it. Thanks0

Watched it. I'd better be really careful. Thanks Diane.0
