I just started today, and I just about killed myself! How many times a week should I do the workout in order to get nice results? I have a flat butt and I want to shape it a little better :)

Also if anyone has any pictures of their results, please share them..I want to see what the workout actually does..thanks!

I did it for about two weeks, 3 times a week, but found the DOMS every other day weren't worth the hoped for results. I get the same or better results just lifting light/medium or doing kettlebells 3-4 times a week, and doing a small amount of cardio once or twice a week, or more if I'm feeling up to it. I'm sure if I managed to work thru the crazy DOMS the workout would be effective, but not sustainable for me...Good luck for YOU tho! xo

Brazilian Butt Lift is a low intensity/high rep program, which, as most trainers will tell you, is not great for building muscle, nor for maintaining muscle during fat loss. There are better programs out there. At the top of the list is Strong Curves, but Stronglifts 5x5 will work great too. These programs are superior to machine workouts too. :+1:
