Yes, I can look them up no problem on the internet. But I'm interested in finding some tasty recipes that even my kids will eat. And my boyfriend (who is pretty much open to anything, but has a BAD sweet tooth!) My plan is to try to get everyone in my household to eat clean... muahahaha... lol
Any info, recipes, etc... would be a great help!

We make pizzas with warbies thins as the base, as they are small thry dont need a lot of toppings. Also make kebabs with marinated chicken, roast peppers and mushroom and onions and salad in pitta breads.

We have also just taken to carrot chips, make in the same way as chips but using carrots.

    Hope this helps

As for children, I've suggested this a few times now. I suggest involving children in the kitchen. Here's some ideas.

I got my children to eat their veggies by introducing dips. Try ranch style, spicy, and cheesy. My girlfriend teaches her grandchildren by letting them get creative. At her house they make fruit kabobs and fruit pizzas. She always has a bowl of attractive fresh fruit available in the kitchen. As she fostered children with eating disorders (hoarding and more) she really has it going on. She makes food available, free, and fun.
