Focus t25

Has anybody tried this? I'm going to give it a go starting Monday :-)

    I did it for 4 months. Absolutely loved it! Gamma uses weights and I discovered I like that. I'm now doing Body Beast by the same company but a different trainer.

    It's a fun workout. Of course, don't take the word "fun" to mean that it's not a serious workout. Shaun T crams a lot of movement and activity into 25 minutes. There are 3 phases to Focus T25 (Alpha, Beta, and Gamma) and there are 4-5 workouts that make up each phase. Myself, I found Alpha to be too easy and a waste, but it might be valuable to a beginner to the series. Beta is when the work really begins, and Gamma is where *kitten* gets real.

    I definitely think it's worth doing, and I think it makes a great starter set for working into more challenging exercises or exercise programs.
