Low carb/ high carb foods

I want to give carb cycling a shot, and was wondering of a list of Low-Carb Foods and then High-Carb Foods... I'm also trying to lose body fat percentage without losing muscle if anyone can give me advice on that as well.

    Maybe you can guess by my name, I might be biased, but I'd recommend low carbohydrate foods, with a sufficient amount of protein to both cut fat, and spare muscle.

    High carb : Bread, biscuits, candy, cookies, crackers, cake, some chocolate, many ice creams, pizza, pasta, sweets

    Low carb : Meat, fish, eggs, hard cheese, green veg, nuts, seeds

    Just keep carbs below 120/day, 100 best,and you be fine.
