I think I know the answer to this but I don't want to be missing something. When looking at minimum and max calories does everyone look at Net Calories or just calories for min or max?

When I am logging accurately and completely I look at net calories.

I pay little attention to Net Calories.

It's just a personal thing - what interests you? There is no right and wrong on this. :)

No such thing as net calories. Calories are calories.

kallkel, so if you exercise during the day you still stay under the calorie number that they give you to lose weight? I have done that most days but there are a few days I have gone over that number. However, my net calories are always under.

My first month here I went by net calories (with the goal of losing 1 pound a week). But as I was losing at a slower rate than 1 pound a week, I decided to stop eating back my exercise calories (I only lightly exercise, no major burns), so now ignore net calories.
