I love this app! Would be great to speak to people on the same journey as me. I was a yo yo dieter for aslong as I can remember, with my weight constantly going up and down. Now I swear by clean eating and Juice plus products. I have literally never felt better in my life! Aswell as all the health benefits the weight I have been trying to shift for years is coming off on a weekly basis, without having to count calories!
