Trying again could do with motivation

Hi peeps I've had a go at losing weight a few years ago and lost around a stone. But since then have moved house to the dorset and change job. As of 2 weeks ago I was 19 stone and need to be at least 14 so I can acheive my goal of doing a sky dive for charity next year.

I really could do with any help I can get to stay on track. I'm not going mad on eating healthy hustle cut out all fizzy drinks take aways and making sure I eat three meals a day.
