I'm new here on the forum!

My name is Linda....I'm turning the big 50 in August and I am finding that I am having issues losing weight and gaining back some tone in my muscles... I have heard that it is difficult to lose weight with menopause...so I'm assuming that is part of my issue here...

I was doing a boot camp where I work at 6:00 in the morning 3 days a week but had to quit due to my husband, who is not very supportive. So now I'm using an app from my iPad in order to work out...it's hard, cause there is no one to work out to keep me going and encouraging me. So I'm hoping you all can pick up some of that...even though you won't be here next to me directly....

    Hello, my name is Linda. I am 46 years old. I am a Medicaid Specialist for a non-profit. I basically sit all day unless I am doing home visits. I need motivation with exercising. I have a problem eating all of my calories. I have a nutritionist who wants me to focus on low carb meals and doesn't feel like the calories are important. However, I think that they have a major impact on my weight loss. I have lost a total of 21 lbs so far.
