from 350 lb Couch Tater to Trail Runner

Hi All!! I've gotten into the habit of sharing my trail race adventures on these forums. I've lost 100+ lbs and have accomplished things I never thought possible. I've been struggling lately but I'm still putting myself out there, moving my body and doing what I enjoy. I was supposed to do another 100 mile run this November but opted to let my body rest and headed over to Malibu, CA for the Ray Miller 30k.
