I dropped three pounds over the past couple days since going back to cutting calories and i think it might be water weight. Am I going to keep losing water weight? For how long, if so? Will I gain I all back one day?

Water and glycogen often deplete in the first week of a new diet. It can be somewhere between 2 and 10 pounds. When you go off of the diet or if you have a "cheat" day you'll gain some of it back.

    Thanks.
Does regaining water weight slow fat loss?

Water weight has nothing to do with fat loss. It will impact the number on the scale, but it doesn't mean you are gaining fat. If you track food accurately and you maintain a deficit you'll lose fat. If you go way over your calories once or twice a week you'll see the scale bounce around due to water weight, but you could wipe out your deficit.
