New to Keto, Reddit, MFP and loving it.

Hello everyone,

I'm 3 weeks into keto (minus yesterdays cheat day-30th Birthday). So far, I'm down 11#. I'm willing to add and converse with anyone. Share recipes, etc. :) My friend told me about keto and since then I've done a lot of research and have really enjoyed it. There is a GREAT reddit sub called xxketo: https://www.reddit.com/r/xxketo/ that is specifically for women. Everyone is really nice and very supportive. They actually got me logging on MFP. Only been on here for 1.5 weeks.
