Struggling and need Motivation and Support

I've been struggling with my weight this whole year and I'm ready to change that now as I've been over weight my whole life and I' need to change that now before something serious happens with my health. I just found out that I've been suffering from severe anxiety and stress and was told I need to get my health under control before something more serious happens. I'm also going to be changing the way I eat and drink as I need to cut out Sugary drinks and sweets if I'm going to lose this weight I have to lose as for exercise I go Walking for almost 2 hours and between 5-8 miles at a time and I also go to a gym and also go swimming as part of my exercise plus I also get a lot of exercise at work and I've already seen changes in my face and my body and I want that to keep happening as I work towards this goal that I have set for myself.
