Having Difficulty Setting A Sleep Routine

My body knows that I am tired but it's difficult for me to sleep. And I feel like my weight has contributed to it. I feel like I like lack sleep because of my body weight. How were you guys able to change your sleep routine? Was it until you start to lose weight you slept more? I really want to make a change about myself for the better. And losing weight especially my belly fat is one of them. Yes I know belly fat cannot be targeted.. but yeah.

    after yearssss of sleeping problems, i ended up having to use pills because the lack of sleep was really affecting my mood, health and daily life.. am not into being medicated though so i choose to go the natural way and ended up using Alteril (new version), its done wonders for me. i now don't wake up 1-2 times every hour any more. if something wakes me up, i am back asleep within seconds. i usualy fall asleep within the hour of taking 2 pills IF i don't fight its effect by being online and when i do fight its effect, screen starts getting blurry so i am force to get my behind in bed..

    if all else fails for you, give this sleep aid a try. first week, you may or may not have odd dreams and it may take longer than an hour for you to fall asleep and you may still wake up during the night a little but, after first week, it worked perfect for me with no weird dreams.
