Caramel Cheesecake with Cottage Cheese!

OMG, I read a long post from a year or so ago that had tons of protein drink ideas. I bought a 0% fat cottage cheese by accident to have with my sliced fruit. I meant to buy one with at least some fat because it just tastes better. I saw some ideas for adding the cottage cheese to the drinks, saying you can't really taste it and it ups protein. Well, that's not totally accurate! It definitely makes it more shake-like but add in your protein powder and a cup of milk and you have cheesecake! Just for fun, I added a tbsp of butterscotch pudding and ended up with caramel cheesecake. The funny thing is I am cheesecake purist. I just want cheesecake plain or with fruit on it. Don't mix stuff in my cheesecake! LOL But this was one of the best things I have ever tasted.

1/2 cup 0% cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (other flavors might work too)
1 cup 2% milk
1 TBSP butterscotch pudding, instant mix

386 Cal (can be made lower with almond milk, etc.)/41 g protein/11 g fat
