Exercises to help with skin elasticity?

I have lost 17 lbs so far, which is nearly 40 lbs down from my heaviest and I am starting to deal with sagginess around my stomach (which was always my biggest area). Whereas my belly used to stick out, now it sticks out but also hangs and its gross. I want advice on things I could do to firm up my abdomen area and help my body tone up the skin. I am only 26, and I haven' yo-yo dieted much (I was 190 in 2005, went up to 270 by 2010 and now losing it all) so I am HOPING my skin is resilient and can snap back some. I know I will never ever have a flat, toned tummy, I will always have sagging to an extent, but I want to reduce it as much as possible.

I have a gym membership, so access to all sorts of machines. As of now I do 50/50 cardio/strength, usually 20 min cardio and 20 min doing the strength machine circuit (2 sets of 12 reps properly, so at #12 each set I can't do anymore without rest). It has paid off, as I have never lost this consistently, but I notice my legs are the ones bulking up and getting insane (the thigh squeeze machine I am at 210 lbs easily) but my arms are weak, and flabby tum.
