Anyone here from Germany? To motivate and support each other...
I am almost 40 years old and I finally want (need!!!) to lose weight. I am fed up of being out of shape! Let's do this together?!

    Hi. I'm not in Germany but in Belgium. 33yrs old and trying to lose weight as well.

    I'm in Germany about 50% of my time - Innes there is also a German board. Select German under the thread title, if you want to use that.
