My main goal is weight loss. I have been big for most of my life. I saw the scale creep up now and more each year. I started to level out around 200 pounds and got comfortable there. I thought as long as I was under 200 I was good. Then I went to start a new semester of school and my dress clothes didn't fit, over the summer I had gotten to 210 pounds. That is when my journey began.

I am now currently at about 180 pounds and have been on my journey for almost three months. Already I feel so much better. My hope is to get to a healthy bmi weight of 145 for my 5'4" height. After I hit that goal, I will make new goals for myself.

I would love to make some new friends along the way!

    Great job!!!! I kinda did that two i have 5 babies and with each child i indulged in eating what i wanted causing me to reach almost 300 pounds luckily ive always lost my weight and got back down to 150 pounds but after my last child i became, wayyyy to comfort hitting the scale at 302 but i love to workout and getting started is the hardest part after that it gets easy and fun im at 277 i started a two mouths ago. So great luck to u on your journey
