Only 10 to go & going nowhere-help!

I only have 10 pounds to go and it is so hard! Especially when people are telling you that you look great and don't need to. I binge at night PEANUT BUTTER is a big problem and family eat it. My eating has become horrible. I do RushFit, Insanity, some P90X, yoga combination. I work full-time in retail and stand 6-8 hours a day. Hmmm...does any of that make sense? I guess I just need to say, HELP!!! (I'm over 60 if you're hung up on age and friendship).

    Hi there! I'm definitely not a pro at this... But eating is EVERYTHING! Well maybe not everything but it truly matters. It will be that 10 lb change you need. Have you been tracking on mfp for a while? Or are you new? When you say... My eating is horrible... If you can change that, you will probably have your 10 lbs!

    How many calories are you eating each day, and are you using a food scale for all solid/semi solid foods. Peanut butter really needs to be weighed, it is so calorie dense that you can easily be wiping out your calorie deficit with a few spoons of it. I also love peanut butter, but don't keep it in the house. Can you move it to a cupboard where your family can get at it, but you won't see it? Out of sight, out of mind?

    Add me if you like but I do like my friends to share diary. I am 49 for several more months. I know about those 10 lbs that is how I have always been, now just trying to reduce bf%. I log daily and try to watch what I eat.

    In keeping my diary open. It really makes it easier for me. I'm trying to use scales.
