Any joggers (road) suggestions for a newbie about to try jogging so as to mix things up. I want to do trail running but as Im going to start closer to home in the evenings first I will do pavement running first then switch to trail running in my local woods.
I have been doing some running on the machine in the gym (Usually 1 to 2 miles, and changing it up to include some faster running rather than just jogging, and some sprinting suggestions.) Mostly I find this to be boring as hell which is why I'd prefer to get out and really jog/run.
Im looking at doing a 2.25 mile route near my house which is a mixture of ascents and descents.
